Welcome to my website. I am honored that you have paid me a visit. This website is an outgrowth of my first book Dynamic Aging, I Intend to Live Forever, so Far, so Good. When I reached my 9th decade, I realized that through a long, amazing life I had learned a lot about living.  I felt called to share my wisdom and spiritual practices with people who are reaching the retirement years. Namely that this is the best time of life because we are free to choose how we want to invest our resources, time and talents to create a world that works for everyone.  My fondest wish is that this website will be an avenue of communication as we seek to change the present views about aging and to share our dreams, our project and our concerns with others who share our interests.
